My bet is that LGStores will close

YG posted on FB that they will be closed today but reopen Wednesday bc Ige determined gun stores are essential for safety and protection.

I read on Brietbart when there is such a high demand that the Background check process has failed.
Hawaii of course doesn't have that problem as they don't approve anything anyway.
We are estimated to be in the top ten states on a gun per person basis.  We have lots of guns
and ammo somewhere.

Most were lost tragically in boating accidents and have contributed to the high iron levels in Lake Wilson.
No one is coming, it’s up to us.

Legislation should never be about depriving law abiding citizens of something, but rather taking those things away from criminals.

That's the reason that fool did not close the cruise ship ports or enact quarantines sooner!  He need the money from those tourists.

Of course, he was not acting in his interest alone.  I am sure that many engineers who are profiting from the rail were in agreement as well.

I am honestly floored at that. Wow. Would there be a chance he vetoes some of the gun laws if it gets to his desk??

It could also be to keep the stuff that is half built from falling on people.

Absolutely he will vote on them. Would you like to have single shot firearms or none?

Veto the bills not vote. There is a chance, not likely, that if brought to his desk ige could veto the bills. If he really does consider gun stores to be essential that shows he’s not completely insane with regards to guns. I’d rather not have any of those choices to be honest and I won’t accept single shot or none as choices.

I think it was more of a function of the threat of litigation than he being "pro gun",   all he needs on his plate is another unwinnable(by the state)  lawsuit by our hard working gun watch dog HiFiCo

Where are you planning to meet?

Mtg scheduled at my house but my wife is a strict upstander and a retired RN.  She believes in 'shelter in place" and isolation protocols.  Reminded me of my age and lung condition(recovering from double pneumonia) recently. :shake:

U dont want to upset the wife and be quarantined with her.

If she says "you should reschedule"  its a trap. Just reschedule.

Oh, why didn't I think of that?!

https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/wealthy-people-remote-hotels-coronavirus/index.html

Lynch and his family, who live in Dublin, almost always travel internationally for holiday, including to Italy, the United States and India. They've altered their plans this year, thanks to coronavirus.

"We want to stay in the country and feel safe by being secluded," he says.

The 10-day Loungueville House buyout (for over 25,000 euros) to the rescue. [27,921 US$]

"When you stay in a hotel with other people, it's hard not to have social interaction," says Lynch. "The best way to get close to total privacy and to control your environment is to have the whole place to yourself."

A friend told me they set up checkpoints downtown around 430pm yesterday and were interrogating people pretty hard to find out if they have a weak story. Also apparently essential workers are getting stickers that make them less likely to get pulled over.

Stupid question but I have to ask, we can go out and buy food and supplies right?
