Many of them have skilz.  They can survive off the prepping of others.

They turn prisoners loose on the PUBLIC to avoid spreading the virus.  We all know prisoners have demonstrated proper social distancing, excellent hygiene and responsibility to society.  No risk of any of them catching and spreading the virus among us non-prisoners, I'm sure.

I dont understand the logic. The prison population is already isolated. How many prisoners you visit? And when someone does contact is controlled.

People can be puzzled when they make the assumption that decisions are for reducing the negative impact of the virus.

Ige already let it slip that those who cannot pay bail and are awaiting their trial were released.

So if you get arrested, no pay bail.  Just wait a few days and you will be released.
