Aimpoint t1 & t2 questions (Read 2433 times)

Aimpoint t1 & t2 questions

Does anyone know if a Aimpoint t2 will fit on a t1 mount? tried looking online and I don't see much discussion. Only links to purchase.

Short answer appears to be: "Yes, a T-2 will fit on a T-1 mount."

Every brand of T-1 mount I see says it fits the T-2 as well.

I have used a few mounts that I've used with T-1, T-2, and CompM5 and they all fit.  Those include LaRue, Scalarworks, and one more (I can't think of it right now).  The mounts share the same foot print.

I have a t1 that came with the lrp mount and then switched to the KAC mount to use for battery storage. so I have a spare lrp mount. now the t2 are out I want one and to save funds I was hoping the t1 mount would fit.

It will fit.
The Aimpoint mini clones like Holosun, Primary arms and Vortex will fit generally fit T1/T2 mounts as well.

Agreed. T1, t2, h1, h2, r1, all pa mrds (except the md06? ) , romeo 5, holosuns 50x, 4xx will all fit. The hs515 (the "military grade" versions) and he515t will stick out a little, but will work. Just how holosun designed it. The hs510 wont tho 😝.

Fun fact, ADM makes a qd mount for the hs510c now. So maybe just maybe ill pick 1 up. If no one seen alabama arsenal torture test it, watch it lol. It inspired me.

Thanks for the info folks. Much appreciated. I think I'll have to put getting the t2 on hold till my unemployment kicks in. Still haven't received anything yet. signing to to check my status is a pain in the a .
