Is it just me or is anyone else finding the story a little suspicious?
Biden's son drops the computer off with all the sensitive information on it and just leaves it there without trying to get it.
The store owner is legally blind so he can never attest to who dropped it off.
The shop owner goes in and reads the emails for whatever reason when it wouldn't be necessary to repair the computer.
The shop owner gives it to the FBI who does nothing allegedly. (Plausible, the FBI doesn't move quickly on big things)
The shop owner then gives it to Rudy Giulani of all people, someone who doesn't have the most credibility right now.
The shop owner also possibly violates laws by releasing sensitive personal information to someone outside of law enforcement.

Not saying it isn't possible this is all true but it is awfully convenient right before the election.

Where do you get your facts?  MSNBC?  Rachel Madcow?

Is the owner near-sighted or far-sighted.  If far-sighted, and the person he's seeing is at least a few feet away, it's not a problem.  Also, if near-sighted, and the person is 1-2 feet from his face, again, would be a minor issue.  Do you know if the owner's vision is correctable?  Mine was corrected with glasses or contacts to 20/20.  Was he wearing corrective lenses?  What's his eyesight corrected?  Can he legally drive?  If so, his CORRECTED vision has to be no worse than 20/40 in most states.

The "personal information" BS is just that.  If I give you my personal information because you need it, you have a duty to protect it.  If you voluntarily or accidentally give me personal information without me asking for it or saying I need it, that's 100% your fault, and I have no duty to protect it.  If I found your paycheck stub on the sidewalk, and posted it on Instagram, your pay info, personal data, SSN, etc would now be public.  Nothing you can do.  I did not steal it.

Most repair shops have a disclaimer you have to sign saying they are not responsible for any data you give them, and that they may have to destroy it. 

Looking in a hard drive at the things someone stores is snooping, but it's not illegal.  Now if the owner tried to blackmail the Bidens to get it back or have it go public, that would be illegal.

Giulani is a lawyer.  If you think the owner can't give private information from an abandoned laptop to a lawyer -- any lawyer - then you're deranged.  It's why lawyers have rules of ethics.  They can look at private info all day and it's legal.  It's what they might do after getting it that could be problematic.  In this case, Giulani had a duty to disclose it as an American and as a personal supporter of the President -- the same President who was impeached over the exact same mess.  This laptop proves Trump was right about the Bidens in his "perfect" phone call.

BTW, the identity of who dropped the PC off for repair is irrelevant.  It's been said it may have likely been a staffer at the Beau Biden Foundation.  All that matters is that it was left there and never retrieved -- ever.  There's also evidence the Biden's lawyer called the repair shop last week and asked for the laptop back.  If the owner's evidence proves that happened, then the lawyer has already confirmed the laptop is authentic.  Why else would he be calling to claim property?  He must own it, or that would be illegal.

So far, nobody on the Biden campaign has denied the authenticity of the emails and other data on the laptop.  Today, the Director of National Intelligence, Ratcliff, said they have NO EVIDENCE that the Biden emails are part of any Russian disinformation campaign.  Meanwhile, the MSM and Adam Schiff said today they KNOW this came from the Kremlin.  You know, the same Schiff that said sufficient evidence of Trump colluding with Russia was in the public domain?  Still waiting for that evidence to make its way to the light of day.

So many straws being grasped at here.

My grandmother was “Legally Blind”. I remember her eyes never seemed clear like everyone else's eyes do. She died around the time I was 19 or 20. But I never remember her not being legally blind. I do remember up until the time she fell and broke her hip, she was leading an independent life without help from anyone. She walked every where. Did her own shopping. Knew all the store owners and their families that she bought groceries from. My mom and dad would drop me off while they would go visit my aunt. And I would spend a half day or so visiting with her. We would walk her little route and then stop at Thrifty Drug Store and have some ice cream before walking back to her home. She lived up on the second floor of an apartment building and went up and down those stairs without much of a problem. And when it came time to go visit my aunt who lived 20-30 miles away she got on a bus and went. She didn’t have a cane nor a dog nor a helper of any kind. She could easily recognize people that she came in close contact with. She used to make Thanksgiving dinner for us, too. But I think that got to be too much for her and my aunt took over for her after a while. I think she was 88 when she died. She got hepatitis somehow while in the hospital after she broke her hip and died from complications of that.

Bottom line form my long story is that being “Legally Blind” is somewhat meaningless in the grand scheme of things. As long as you are not completely blind, it will effect your life but it doesn't have to end it. It does limit some abilities but doesn’t necessarily take away your abilities. I just read that the MAC shop that had Hunter Biden’s computer also released the receipt for the computer signed by Hunter Biden to the FBI. And now the news agencies has that document. I saw a pic of it. I think that takes all doubt off the table as to whether it is Hunter Biden’s laptop or not.

Joe had to withdraw from the 88 presidential campaign, because he was caught lying about his academic credentials and outed for plagiarism. 

So, this would be just another Joe Biden Presidential Campaign failure.  Instead of "No Malarkey," he should use "Shooting myself in the foot -- for the working class!"

So much blind hate for Trump, that I think most of Biden's staunch supporters will ignore.  Even writing it off as "fake news" despite them believing any dirt brought up about Trump.  So sad that those blindly hating on Trump for his short comings (hate, dividing the country, etc) are doing the same with their actions.  Seeing so many friends (or acquaintances) getting into such bitter arguments that "pau friends".  Sad. . .

I find it interesting that everyone here is so pro the information gained from this HIGHLY illegal and unethical way of getting said info.  This is why the republican party is going further away from freedom.  First the patriot act, then the Hillary emails, now this.  I am not arguing on the facts obtained but how there were obtained.  Imagine if you got your laptop to be fixed and the technicians looked at all your personal data.  I find it shameful that you all are supporting this.  This is why the 4th and 14th amendment exist.

Note: this also applies to the non republicans supporting this.  The breach of civil liberty and freedom is ridiculous.  No matter what the guy did,  it was found in an unethical and illegal way.  The ends does not meet the means.
