That certain group of people are not even fully vaccinated.  That destroys that theory.  This is only based of Trumps own staff words of X amount of people vaccinated by the end of December.  They didn't meet their own goals.  His creation of the vaccine worked though I give credit for that.

Realistic estimates show herd immunity can be reached by Summer 2021 in the US.
