Watched part of her tearful response after getting fired. Could only get through about a minute of her whining. Actions have consequences. Apparently those lessons not being taught anymore.

Harvard was sued for discrimination against Asians re: admissions policies.

Last year, a judge decided that Harvard did not intentionally (i.e. explicitly) discriminate against Asian-Americans, but the DOJ is backing the plaintiffs' appeal to overturn that decision.

It pointed to Harvard admissions statistics cited in court documents. More than a third of Hispanic students and
more than half of African American students admitted to the university "would most likely not be admitted in the
absence of Harvard's race-conscious admissions process," the court filings state.

The department said these "race-based bonuses" disadvantage Asian American applicants.

When you give one group an advantage/benefit that others don't/can't get, you in fact disadvantage those others.  Unequal & unfair treatment.
