There's a little store by my work run by an older couple.  The wife is a Cancer survivor so the Virus concerns her.  She has "No Mask, no enter" signs everywhere but people still do and make her ask them to put on a mask.  At what point do her rights end so others can practice theirs...

If the little old lady has a respiratory ailment that makes it difficult to breathe, will she wear a mask to protect her customers?  Even if it risks worsening her condition or causing cardiac failure?

When does a business owner's rights  supersede those of the customers?

There are very few instances where an ailment makes mask wearing dangerous. The whole "masks are dangerous" is mostly a myth spread by people who want to keep the conspiracy theory alive.  If a couple layers of cotton makes it so hard to breath that you are risking injury then you aren't likely going to be going around to the park, the mall, and all the stores. Moreover if your respiratory illness is that bad you aren't going to go around without a mask risking covid19 infection anyway.

Wearing a mask is the assumption that everyone is sick. When was the last time govt has told you and everyone else what to wear in public? Local govt also wanted to ban tents as well. What we have here is a draconian, authoritative govt administration that operates under the thin veil of public safety. They cited postings from unverified social media to support their claims that we are acting reckless as a whole and to justify more mandates. There's no science in these mandates; just broad strokes of general claims by medical personas. At times the Mayor sounds like a school teacher punishing the class for the misbehavior of a few.
