Notice that this is a civil action, not a criminal prosecution.
It is political attack on the NRA.
I don't approve of what Wayne and his buddies have done and we need to get rid of them
and recover what they have stolen from us,  but we should be doing that internally.
As for the Clinton foundation and DNC.  No way.  There is only one thing you can do to
deal with Democrats. It is presently illegal and most American are not willing to take that step,
yet.

According to Grov it is a civil action, which means this throws the door wide open to any interested party. They wanted to take a cheap shot, but now the gloves are coming off.

Just remember that this is NY doing this lawsuit and they're not doing it to help gun owners.  A lot of their points are likely exaggerations, taken out of context, and normal for organizations this sized.  The NRA is needed and it would be a huge blow to the gun community to lose.  We won't just be missing the lawsuits and lobbying they provide.  It's protecting hunting lands, building ranges, training for the public and law enforcement, high school riflery programs, grassroots activism, and much more.

The lawsuit does have the positive aspect of highlighting issues within the NRA that the members should know and act to change.  The NRA has gotten power hungry and has excessive spending which needs to be controlled.

Thats why the call it the nuclear option. Everyone gets the fallout.

When will they do the same for the SPLC and NAACP, which likely have many of the same issues that upset the NY liberals so much?
