Kyle Rittenhouse Rifle Shooter in Kenosha, supine position shoots three 8-25-20 (Read 116349 times)

Haven't really dug into his motivations or justification for being there, the laws for the city/state, etc.  I will, but have just been so damn busy.  That said, I think one big point for me is that these protestors/rioters have gotten so emboldened by pussy ass government officials tolerating the lawlessness, even encouraging it, like in Seattle.  About time they finally encountered the "guy they just shouldn't have fucked with".

Sort of like how keyboard warriors act these days.  Like the "wise" Mike Tyson once said, "Social media made y'all way too comfortable with disrespecting people and not getting punched in the facE for it".

There was a guy on another board that was a real ass, but actually was a really good at debating points and often times ended up making people look stupid when they got into an argument with him where he knew a LOT about the subject. It was often hilarious how riled up people would get.  I was a MOD on that board, so even more so when they would come whining to me after they got schooled.  I actually met him when I was on a business trip to Texas and he and a few other board Admin/Mods met up.  Anyways, we were talking and someone asked him "do you act like that online because you're anonymous, or do you do that in real life?"  He was like "I used to argue like that in real life a lot, but then I got my teeth knocked out a few times, and had to stop".   ;D

Coroner’s report from shooting of first guy.

“ The complaint cited a coroner’s report which “indicated that Rosenbaum had a gunshot wound to the right groin which fractured his pelvis, a gunshot wound to the back which perforated his right lung and liver, a gunshot wound to the left hand, a superficial gunshot wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead.”

Didn’t look in the videos like Kyle shot the guy 5 times. And you can hear What seems like other gun shots fired.
Who knows.

Note:
The Left is trying to bury Rittenhouse quickly in the media because the Right is trying to defend him. This may be another line drawn in the sand.
Unfortunately for Kyle. It won’t play out based on facts and evidence. It will play out on ideologies and narratives twisted to ideologies. In the media anyway.
Of course they’re lumping in Trump supporters defend murderer.

Phazuka

It turns out that young boy is a blue lives matters supporter and decided to come to the Kenosha party and give the cops a hand.

The cops for their part, suspiciously did not immediately arrest him, after shooting a couple of people, but instead offered the young suspect water.

Insanity.   :shake:

He was given water BEFORE the shootings occured.

He was given water BEFORE the shootings occured.

At this point it is clear our in-house CCP “Hawaiian” is either lying or losing grip on sanity and nobody here is buying what he is selling.
I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

There are reports saying he was running towards a building with "rooftop Koreans" when he turned and shot the first guy. So authorities don't know who killed him. They may have gave him a hand.  Lots still to come out I think.

Let's see what we know, about the young Rittenhouse and the actions he took, on the night, of the shooting.

1. He lives with his single parent mom; is a high school drop-out; had his application, to the US Marines rejected; and had a fetish, with police and the military.  (https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-kenosha-shooting-protests/)

2. Rittenhouse illegally acquires an AR-15 and assembles a med-kit, learned from his part-time job, as a lifeguard, and heads to Kenosha.  (https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-kenosha-shooting-protests/)

3. In Kenosha, Rittenhouse is interviewed, by some news reporters, who report that Rittenhouse says, he is there to protect businesses and render medical assistance, but he also says there is no such thing as nonlethal, regarding his role.  (https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-kenosha-shooting-protests/)

4. Rittenhouse violates the local curfew, as does other protestors/rioters, and mans his self-assigned post.

5. On the night, of the incident, Sam Dirks, 22, from Milwaukee, said he had seen the gunman (Rittenhouse) earlier, in the evening, and he was yelling at some, of the protesters. “He was definitely very agitated. He was pacing around, just pointing his gun in general. Not necessarily at anyone specifically."  (https://www.staradvertiser.com/2020/08/26/breaking-news/17-year-old-arrested-in-killing-of-2-people-in-kenosha-wisconsin/)

6. As Rittenhouse was being interviewed, by another reporter,  Joseph Rosenbaum, Rittenhouse's first victim, began to approach Rittenhouse; words are exchanged with Rosenbaum resulting in Rosenbaum throwing a white plastic bag to Rittenhouse.  Rittenhouse flees and Rosenbaum pursues him to a parking lot.  The reporter follows and notes Rittenhouse has his weapon, at the low ready.  Rittenhouse aims a shot to Rosenbaum and misses.  Rosenbaum responds, by closing the gap, in an unwise attempt, to disarm Rittenhouse, and Rittenhouse unloads 4rds, from his illegally possessed, AR-15, killing Rosenbaum.  (https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-charged-shooting-killing-jacob-blake-protesters/5651016002/)

7. Rittenhouse panics, apparently calls 911, to report what he has done; and flees the scene yelling that he just killed someone.  (https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-charged-shooting-killing-jacob-blake-protesters/5651016002/)

8. Bystanders shocked, by the apparent killing of Rosenbaum, and seeing the fleeing Rittenhouse, admitting to the murder, give collective pursuit, in a mob attempt, to capture Rittenhouse and/or to disarm him.  (https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-charged-shooting-killing-jacob-blake-protesters/5651016002/)

9. Rittenhouse eventually trips and falls.  A first pursuer is almost on him, but Rittenhouse fires 2rds and misses.  That person retreats.  (https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-charged-shooting-killing-jacob-blake-protesters/5651016002/)

10. A second pursuer, Anthony Huber, tries to subdue Rittenhouse, with his skateboard, and goes to disarm Rittenhouse.  Rittenhouse fends off that attempt and shoots 1rd point blank, into Huber's chest, killing him instantly.  (https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-kenosha-shooting-protests/)

11. Rittenhouse sits up and points his gun at another pursuer, Gaige Grosskreutz, who had started to approach him. Grosskreutz froze and took a step back, putting his hands in the air.  Grosskreutz then moves toward Rittenhouse, who aimed his rifle and fired one shot, hitting Grosskreutz, in the arm.  Grosskreutz retreats.  (https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-charged-shooting-killing-jacob-blake-protesters/5651016002/)

12. Rittenhouse gets-up and holding his weapon, in the ready position, makes his way, to the on-coming police, in the distance, while pointing his AR-15, indiscriminately at passers-by, until he reaches authorities.  (https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-charged-shooting-killing-jacob-blake-protesters/5651016002/)

13  Rittenhouse makes it back home, but is arrested the next day.

14. Other armed men, in Kenosha, were attached to groups, with varying motives and ideologies. None of the groups have claimed Rittenhouse, as a member.  (https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-kenosha-shooting-protests/)

15. Felony Charges: Rittenhouse is charged, with first-degree reckless homicide, in Joseph Rosenbaum's death, and first-degree recklessly endangering safety, for firing near the reporter;  he is charged, with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, in his failed attempt, to hit his first pursuer; he is charged, with first-degree intentional homicide, in Anthony Huber's death; and he is charged, of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, in the shooting of Gaige Grosskreutz.  (https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2020/08/27/kyle-rittenhouse-charged-shooting-killing-jacob-blake-protesters/5651016002/)

Regarding:

#6, there was something heavy enough inside the while plastic bag that made it able to be thrown and not just go up in the air.  Also the item was too heavy, where the guy could only throw it a limited distance. Maybe a brick or stone inside.

#7 Doesn't look like he paniced.  He did use his phone very quickly after shooting the pedo.

#10 unknown if skate boarder was trying to disarm or attack further.  Video looks like attack further IMO

#11 Bad guys Glock was grabbed quickly because he was shot because it's still being gripped in his hand in the pics of part of his bicep missing.

So overall lesson: Don't attack someone who is armed.

All your wapo links to the same article? Even if the kid turns out to be twisted up. Just like the Floyd case I don't cry when dirtbags die, on both sides. So maybe twisted kid put away for a long time. And three assholes with toe tags soon to be growing grass.

ITS A WIN ALLROUND!

The information is from the most recent articles, regarding this matter.  As more articles are published, the timeline of events can change.

This tragic incident is not a win-win situation.  First ,the shooting stakes have just been raised, between those, who wish to protect their communities and those, who wish, to protest social injustice.  Rioters get what they deserve.

Second, because of this incident, you can bet, there will be more gun laws introduced.

I don't think it was raised.  TBH, I'm surprised nothing more has happened sooner.  So many people are injured and property destroyed while police do nothing.  I remember the rooftop Korean vids where guys shooting like it's nothing.  No one went to jail or charged.

Kyle did not use deadly force to protect property.  He used it when he was in danger.  Normally an argument could me made that the rifle was brought to protect property.  But in his interview 45 mins prior to the shooting, he was asked why he had his rifle.  He said to protect himself.  So pretty much everything went right for this kid to help his defense later.  He was even cleaning graffiti off the wall in the afternoon.  The only bad choice he made was to be there.  But I understand why he went.  He's a patriot and was sick of seeing antifa doing antifa things. Like how many other patriots are.

More gun laws that are waiting to be pushed will defiantly use this and 1 sided stories to promote said bills.  Wait till HPD uses this for Young vs. Hawaii. I can see Ballard saying " If Young wins, we do not want a Kenosha, WI where a kid killed 2 people".

I did watch all the available videos.  However, those videos, only show the actions taken, by the people involved.  Videos do not provide an accurate picture, to the intentions, of the specific individuals, or provide context.  Hence, the written accounts, as they are made available, are and must be taken into consideration.

So far, it appears that Rittenhouse, was a young and not particularly bright individual, as being a high school drop-out that could not get accepted, into the US military.  He lived with his mom and did not have the benefit, of a strong father figure, to guide him.  He commits a crime, of acquiring an AR-15, to pursue his naïve fantasy, of being a true American patriot, to man the bulwarks, in Kenosha.  He is not part, of any, of the militia groups there, and has no real professional training in anything.  He takes his self-assigned post and finds himself obviously way over his head, when reality arrives.  He ends up killing two people that he will regret the rest of his life, not to mention screwing over the 2nd Amendment community, with his brashness, that will reverse the recent gains, against existing gun laws that many have worked so hard, to legally overturn.

Where did you see he illegally obtained the rifle?

“ Under Illinois law, it's illegal for someone under 18 to possess "any firearm of a size which may be concealed upon the person," which would seem to exclude a rifle.
...
Illinois State Police would not say whether Rittenhouse or his mother have a valid FOID card, saying state statute bars the agency from disclosing that. In Illinois, minors under age 21 can apply for a FOID card as long as they have a sponsor who is a parent or legal guardian. The sponsor does not have to have a FOID card, but must be eligible for one.

There is no minimum age for minors to have a FOID card and there are no FOID-related restrictions regarding what types of guns minors can carry, state police spokeswoman Beth Hundsdorfer said.

The parent or guardian must sign an affidavit giving consent for the minor to possess firearms and ammunition, and saying, "(I) understand I shall be liable for any damages resulting from the minor applicant's use of firearms or firearm ammunition," according to the online form.

Wisconsin, which is an open-carry state, has "really convoluted" gun possession laws for people under 18, Grieve said. That's because possession of a gun by someone under 18 is a Class A misdemeanor, but there are also statutes that, for example, allow people under age 16 to have guns for hunting with certain safety provisions, but with no specific regulations for 17- and 18-year olds, Grieve said.“
