Thats 2020 for ya. I wonder what the New Years Celebration is going to be like. Will people be happy it is over or more reserved because they are praying 2021 wont be worse?
I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

Fund is estimated to be closing on a half million dollars.  The kid's bail alone is $2 million.  He has some good attorneys taking on his case.

The attorney representing Kyle Rittenhouse announced his client acted in self defense.  Good thing there is videos of the encounters clearly showing Kyle not being the aggressor and showing restraint and fire discipline.

What is interesting is that it was stated that after Kyle shot the first rioter, he called a friend on the phone and said "I just killed somebody".  I was wondering if instead of the friend he called 911 and the dispatcher immediately notified the police.

I say this because it was so strange that as he walked toward police with his hands raised, he wasn't apprehended immediately which I gotta admit is strange in itself.  Could it be that the police, after interacting with him earlier, knew he wasn't a gun nut and would deal with him later due to the chaos building up ahead in the street.

I dunno, just wanted to mention that.  Still trying to figure why the police let him by.  It's obvious Kyle was involved with what just happened since he was walking towards them with his hands up.

Very interesting series of events.  What happened that night in Kenosha will shape future views of gun control, firearms ownership, and the role (if any) militias have in times of emergency.

Everything happened within a few minutes so the police may not have known about the shootings even if someone called 911.  Lots of armed people on the streets so he looked like any other guy.

Was discussing this with a “more liberal” HS classmate last night. She was like “do you think the PD response would’ve been different if he was black?”

After some “you really need to read a variety of news sources and not depend on social media memes for news”, she comes back maybe 20 mins later and is like, “I read that police ALLEGEDLY didn’t know that someone had gotten shot yet”. Can tell the bias just from that. But at least she isn’t all judge and jury, like some on this board. Taking what they read and conveying as facts...

Very good reason to contribute to the legal defense fund

ar-15.com said they are verified but not a lot of information on the page at the moment, so I am a bit hesitant because the first thing that happens in these situations is all the scammers come out of the closet

More defense material for Rittenhouse.

What “Nigger” was he asking to shoot him?  Normally if those words are said by a white person all the black people in the area would have jumped his ass!

Yeah, I think I'm overthinking too much.  Just so much strange happenings and events that night.

So I've seen a bunch of "attack videos" forming a case against Rittenhouse.  One is a video from a while back where he's shown hitting a girl in a scrum.  Well, if he is going to be judged based on his past, why do others get a pass?  Oh, Michael Brown was an angle.  George Floyd was a gentle giant.  But when both are caught on video showing otherwise, "oh, they were such an angel".  Well, they weren't an angel at that moment.

Watched the Colion Noir video. Seems like Sound arguments to me. Sadly, I think many will just see “that NRA guy” and dismiss. Can’t wait to see what the emotionally imbalanced ones say in light of some of timelines emerging after calm investigation.

Saw some stuff in IG about a “SEAL legal team” coming together in Kyle’s defense. Think people are just sick of the lawlessness under the guise of “civil unrest”. Act the fool, pay the fool’s price Mr Rosenbaum.

The skateboarder approached with his board in one hand, and with the other, he appeared "to be trying to pull the gun away from the defendant," the complaint said.

An autopsy found that the first victim Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, was shot five times in the right groin, back, left hand, left thigh and right side of his forehead, according to the criminal complaint.

Anthony Huber, 29, died after being shot in the chest. The wound perforated his heart, aorta, pulmonary artery and right lung, according to the complaint.

A third victim, Gaige Grosskreutz, was wounded in one of his arms.

Watching the video, I couldn't tell if Huber got it, but then he sort of turns, stumbles, and collapses.  :o

"cell phone video showed Rosenbaum, who appeared to be unarmed, trailing behind Rittenhouse "
Looked more like Ritt was running for his life and being chased not "trailed".

Or Rosenbaum was innocently pursuing with just a skateboard. He was just meaning to have Rittenhouse read the sticker on the bottom of the board as he whacked him with said board.

Try reading the early reports from WaPo, the sources of choice for many arguing innocence of the “protestors”.  The three protestors were innocent and nonviolent, not to be judged based on past actions, but same source is digging up old videos of Rittenhouse as examples of why he should he crucified. How can people not see the hypocrisy? Oh yeah, if you’re so emotionally invested in your delusion and looking for any confirmation.

MSM is trying to demonize this kid and silence any voices who suggest otherwise.
To paraphrase:”Trump supporter Killed two “unarmed” “protestors” and a volunteer medic. “

Social media is trying to bury anyone or group who is fundraising for his defense.

No mention of bald man rushing him and running after him While throwing what appeared to be a weapon wrapped in a plastic bag at him.
(Or bald man’s prior comment)
No mention of skater dude using his skateboard as a weapon to try to bash Ritt in the head while attempting to grab his weapon.
No mention of volunteer medic drawing a gun and rushing at Ritt with gun drawn.

Thank goodness for Rittenhouse there is so much video of this incident.

P.S.
How come we’re not hearing much about the ProTrump Patriot Prayer supporter who was shot dead in Portland this week ?

Just like Nick Sandman....and it'll be silent when the knee jerk emotional response is overturned by facts.

Funny....but photoshopped.
No one is coming, it’s up to us.

Legislation should never be about depriving law abiding citizens of something, but rather taking those things away from criminals.
