Kyle Rittenhouse Rifle Shooter in Kenosha, supine position shoots three 8-25-20 (Read 116266 times)

OK. Got it. At least you have some trust in the police and you will defer to them in this example.

The Left always calls the police, expecting the Cops to do their bidding.  More often than not, it's because the caller wants to escalate the situation and use the system to wreak havoc in the other party's life.

However, they immediately claim police corruption, misconduct and excessive force if they are ever on the receiving end of a law enforcement encounter.

Watch the videos of ANTIFA and other protestors instigating violence, and then scream for police when their targets defend themselves.

First, here is the post that starts it all.  By the picture depicted, it is clear that this person was trying to provoke my love, for Hawaii's former monarchs, thereby, starting a string of responses that would derail this thread.

There is 99.9% chance that the sign was defaced by Hawaiians who still feel like they have a blood feud with Kamehameha to this day, which is something a Hawaiian of any political stripe would know and have pointed out already. This is why I suspect you are not really a Hawaiian at all, because your positions are never pro-Hawaiian but always anti-American, like some foreign agent who was too lazy to do their homework and assumes that those two stances are the same thing. Plenty of Native Hawaiians support President Trump. In fact they are the most vocal supporters I have met in this state.

The reason I was asking you about Chinese human rights is because you have previously shown support for the murderous regime in apparent ignorance of their atrocious record, while simultaneously having such an ironically unforgiving attitude toward the United States. Your answer went a little further than I expected, but was not the outright condemnation of anyone in the free world who does not fear having Norincos pointed at their family in the middle of the night (or losing millions billions in sponsorship money, but that is another story).

So when you cry about being an oppressed Hawaiian the evidence does not back it up, other than the fact that it is who you claim to be. We live in a world of spycraft, false flags, and sockpuppets paid to influence people. Even our own Democratic party appears to be sewing the seeds of a full-on military coup backed by big tech censorship and media manipulation. Meanwhile China has been recently caught several times smuggling guns to the lower 48 to arm God knows who. Maybe your goal is to see if there are some angry Hawaiians interested in guns who you can rile up and start an insurrection here. At least that would be kind of exciting.

If not then you are just a whiner who has nothing constructive to talk about, which is rather tedious and boring.
I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

Happy now?

Published by Bloomberg news:

“ The trouble begins when you start applying the legal rules to someone in Rittenhouse’s situation, namely, someone who has carried an AR-15-style weapon to what is intended to be a peaceful protest. In a commonsense universe, this act itself would appear to be a provocation.”

In an open carry State, according to Bloomberg news publications this is in and of itself a provocation.
Exercising a Right is a provocation because TRIGGERED !  :wtf:

"If I didn't bring my med kit, I wouldnt be alive". Video showed someone else came on scene and applied a TQ that they had on them.  Not from his "med kit".  And he's still not arrested for possessing a firearm since he's a felon.

That’s a good video of an Up-close eyewitness account.

Joshua Ziminski, 35, has been charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon for firing his weapon during the incident on August 25.

“In another video, the defendant and Kelly are seen walking near a fire in the area of the Ultimate Gas Station lot. In later video, the defendant’s right arm is seen on the video, which is taken near 63rd Street and Sheridan Road, in the City and County of Kenosha, State of Wisconsin. Detective Howard reports the defendant’s arm pointing the gun upward towards the sky,” the document explains. “Detective Howard observed a muzzle flash emit from the handgun, and heard a gunshot at the same time. In another video, the defendant is clearly seen at that same location. The defendant is seen walking in the same area, holding his right arm upwards, and firing off one shot from his handgun. The defendant and his wife are then seen leaving the area. Several other people are in the nearby vicinity when the defendant fires the handgun.”

This strengthens the case that Rittenhouse had reason to fear for his life and was acting in self defense when he shot and killed two rioters.

A New York Times timeline of events of the shooting states, “while Mr. Rittenhouse is being pursued by the group, an unknown gunman fires into the air, though it’s unclear why. The weapon’s muzzle flash appears in footage filmed at the scene.”

Strange.  The defender of the rioters not here to stick up for Joshua Ziminski?

That's actually a surprise to me, it would seem to help the defense and hurt the prosecution in two ways.

I don't fully understand this type of legal ruling though but I know that they try to limit certain words with strong biasing effects. However maybe there is evidence to show the guys who got shot were rioting by the legal definition. Plus if Rittenhouse can make the case he shot in self defense then they weren't really victims.

Either way I am rooting for this kid unless there is some serious evidence that comes out against him. I wonder if this crashes and hopes of becoming a cop later in life.

I thought the prescient for this sort of thing has already been set.  Shouldn't we be referring to them as mutual combatants?
In the end its semantic word games.  I would agree that the word victim is a loaded word and the current application of it would be inappropriate.  There is a sort of preconceived association of innocence with the individual when calling them a victim.

Yup

Victim as associated with innocent
Rioter and looters as associated with trouble makers

I do think it is somewhat semantics.  However, in the digital (and social media) age, words matter and can get "stuck" in one's mind.

I saw both video's and if there is any serious evidence, it's a fishing trip.  Refer to the saying "Name the man and I can find a crime".

It still amazes me had didn't light up the 3rd guy.

Wonder if bicep guy is doing drugs again.

The men the kid shot were not victims in my opinion.  So I agree with the judge there.

But I don't think those men were looters.  Rioters?  Maybe.  But more like thrill seekers and lookie loos.  Adventure seekers with nothing more constructive to do with their f**kn lives.

The first guy the kid shot deserved it.  He was an asshole.  F**kn troublemaker.  The second and third guys were the ones trying to be Batman and Robin.
