I hope his defense emphasizes it because Kyle’s discipline through the whole thing is pretty amazing.

That will only matter (or matter more) if those on the jury understand or can appreciate what that means.  Similar to civil cases regarding engineering, the average juror won't understand nor appreciate engineering responsibility, due diligence, standard of care, etc.  So sort of SOL/moot.

It would also be his attorneys job to emphasis this. 1 guy put his hands up and stopped coming toward Kyle while he was on the ground.  Kyle didn't shoot. I didn't watch the entire thing, but I hope this was mentioned in this way.

True.  Depends how defense can communicate/convey.  Like how when media was invited to be put through use of force scenarios.  Where it was eye opening for them to be put in that situation, where 9/10 they shot first and asked questions later.  That coming just days after being critical of LE in worse situations. . .

I enjoy those vids. You see the look of "I just messed up" on their faces when shooting someone unarmed.

“Why did you shoot that man? He was unarmed.”

“He blinked at me!”

A jury acquitted George Zimmerman of his shooting and arguably Rittenhouse's case for self defense is a stronger one.

Ok, so will the same jury from GZ be for Rittenhouse?

I (think) get what you're saying here.  My point was depends on the jury makeup and how the defense presents their case.  In the end, one can't control who is on the jury.  Have seen it so many times in Civil cases where non-engineers will get swayed by emotion and disregard Federal/State/City codes.

Defense Counsel: "Driver was shown by forensics to be traveling in excess of 95 mph when they went through the guardrail.  The posted speed limit in that area of the freeway is 45 mph, and well in excess of the 65 mph (or whatever it was) design speed limit per FHWA/DOT/etc.  Drivers BAC was also approximately 2x the legal limit."

Jury: "The design of the freeway should have accounted for a drunk driver going over 2x the posted speed limit and 2x legal limit for BAC."

GZ should not have gone to trial either. Zero witnesses, and GZ had injuries on his head.

So we are seeing social justice being used to waste tax dollars and ruin peoples lives.  Then people like Spike Lee tweet GZ's parents address and the homeowners had to move because of death threats and brick being thrown into their window. Spike had the wrong address. Same last name, but no relation.

Prosecutors don't care because they won't have to pay a dime out of their pockets or have their lives ruined.

Star witness just blew the case for the prosecution.

You can bring an Antifa to court but you can’t make him lie consistently

I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

I remember EEF stating since no gun was recovered, is 1 possible reason why he wasn't charged.  It could be a bb gun or fake right?  At no time did he state it wasn't real.  And the question to him was about him pointing his firearm at Kyle.  Also possible, plea deal struck by corrupt prosecutor to not charge him, so he testifies against Kyle later.
