Kyle Rittenhouse Rifle Shooter in Kenosha, supine position shoots three 8-25-20 (Read 116047 times)

F**kn jury is trying to play God instead of just being a f**kn jury.  Maybe they are stalling so they can start preparing for their new careers as paid speakers or writing books.

"I was on the Kyle Rittenhouse jury".

LOL!

A quick verdict can go either way, but a lengthy deliberation favors the defense.  The longer they deliberate, the more likely they will acquit or deadlock.

Longer deliberation indicates the prosecution did not have an "open and shut" case.  The jury sees a need to revisit, discuss and analyze what was presented within the context of the law and the jury instructions.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

That’s a good point. Maybe they are just being careful and deliberate because they know whats coming once they make a decision.

What I’m worried about is a hung jury. It only takes one person to screw everything up.

Hopefully if that’s the case it was the one person who held out on the basis of the evidence.
Could screw everyone up on either side.
One person can play defense. The evidence.

That’s a good point. Maybe they are just being careful and deliberate because they know whats coming once they make a decision.

That’s what I’m thinking.
Cause this could blow up either way.
Although Rittenhouse supporters probably won’t burn down the town.
Just my opinion.

If he gets a guilty verdict, this will show u can attack someone who goes against the left and it is ok. They must stand there and take the attack.

Wanna hear some ….. fill in the word …..crap.

And this was the nineties. (Sublime rocked though.)
Let it burn. Whose philosophy is this ? (Rhetorical)

I heard reports of the public trying to pressure the jury into convicting Kyle. And this jury isn't sequestered like the George Floyd murder trial was

The jury is stalling for time to allow their families time to harden their home against BLM rioters and acquire guns to protect themselves.

I’ve been watching a law channel on YouTube called Rekieta Law that’s been doing live streams during kyles case. It’s really depressing listening to them breakdown how horrible Kyles defense team actually was. Pretty sad. I’m thinking judge will declare mistrial without prejudice, and hopefully either Kyles team can learn from their many many mistakes or hopefully he gets an entire new defense team.

So 4 people who attacked Kyle all have prior records. Yet Kyle is the bad guy.  He should get a key to the city.
I believe (not attorney) there has to be specific context for the prior records to be factored into this case.  At least that was for the case(s) I was on the jury, as well as convos with a couple of buddies who are attorneys.  One is a former Honolulu prosecutor (long time ago though).  That said, I can't imagine those on the jury don't know about some of the prior records.

if that's the case, then they've been "influenced", whether good, bad, right or wrong, only her hairdresser knows.

I figured that, but I was just pointing out that of all the people directly involved, only 1 (Kyle) has no criminal history.  Yet the left is supporting the criminals, which is typical.

Shocking. . .

MSNBC is not content to wait for Democratic Party's violent antifa wing to figure out who the jury members are so they can hunt them down. Now they are doxing jurors themselves.

Bill Gates you better head for your bunker.

There are some lines you just don't cross, and for good reason.

MSNBC's rating are down......... ::)

I think this was not about their ratings.  This was a bunch of activists in a radical left media organization trying to affect the outcome of the trial.

They've been publishing outright lies and negative opinions about the defense and defendant, and trying to portray the prosecution's case in a way that totally ignores the facts presented.

The judge is so pissed now, he's probably thinking this is the last time he's going to allow a high profile case to be televised/streamed.  He made comments to that effect previously -- due to the abysmal media coverage he's seen.

I'd take it a step further. The democratic party wants to be able to send their violent street thugs anywhere and everywhere in order to terrify and intimidate the population into supporting their communist policies.

The second amendment gets in their way.

If Rittenhouse is found innocent and the Democrats send in their rioters again like they did last time, a lot of patriots are going to stand up and put down the real insurrection.
