Kyle Rittenhouse Rifle Shooter in Kenosha, supine position shoots three 8-25-20 (Read 116038 times)

I hope he sues the media like how Sandman did.

Expect rioting to begin tonight in Kenosha.

What people don't understand is that this should have never gone to trial. it's 100% political which means corruption on the prosecution side.  Even though he was found not guilty, lawyers cost money, his name is more out there now, which will impact any future jobs, and things like this.  There is video of the entire incident, so it's not like there are conflicting stories.  It is easy to see who is lying and who isn't.

So everyone take note, this could happen to any one in the US.  We are at the mercy of a corrupt state department.

Was just going to mention that Kyle's life from now on will never be the same.  He'll always be the guy that people will say "You da guy, eh?"

Side eyes.
Whispers behind his back.
Or worse, outright threats and comments to his face.

Maybe forever.

Could it be that this was the intent of this bogus trial?  Was this what Susan bull$h*t Ballard prophesized when she said "Is it worth it?"

You also have to congratulate the Prosecution team.  They also put up one heck of a defense for Kyle.

By the time he is he’s going to be able to buy his own brewery
I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

I hope he's gotten used to being around lawyers, because Kyle has a long list of people he is going to be suing the proverbial pants off.  Everyone who PUBLICLY LIED THROUGH THEIR TEETH about him, about the shootings, and about the trial should be on his list.

There was plenty of video to show what happened, but people filled in the story around that with whatever they wanted -- facts be damned.

Now that the truth is out there, all of it testified to under oath, those who trashed Kyle repeatedly for their own agendas will be forced to pay up -- especially the MSM networks and their accomplices.

Biden wasn't in office when he implied Kyle was a White Supremacist (without any evidence).  He should top that list.

I also think the prosecutors should be sued and sanctioned for misconduct and malicious prosecution.  The evidence was all too clear that self defense was the motive for the shootings.  Even as they went to trial, there was an acknowledgement by most that the only charge they could hope to make stick was the firearm charge, and that was dismissed based on the law.  Where's the DOJ investigating the prosecution team's violation of Kyle's Constitutionally protected civil rights?  It's all on video.  What more evidence is needed?

Yeah, this better not be the end of the story.  The people who tried to hijack and subvert the process need to now be punished.

In WI, those under the legal drinking age may be served, possess, or consume alcohol if they are with a parent, legal guardian, or spouse who is of legal drinking age.
REGARDLESS OF AGE !
I think they started this law as so many parents brought their kids to the bars in WI

Three White people, but who cares.  Any more than 2 don't matter.

Tulsi also stated that this should have never gone to trial and corruption. So credit where it's due.

During the courtroom debate over the enlarged photos the prosecution submitted into evidence, ADA Kraus said:  "All due respect to your honor, I think the defense is trying to take advantage of your lack of knowledge about technology, which you've expressed."

Then, when confronted with the realization there was a difference between the prosecution's high resolution video and the one they sent to the defense, Kraus tried to dismiss the confusion as, "It's just playing weird."  Really?  Maybe it's because the files are demonstrably different in file size, resolution, name and aspect ratio (it's been cropped).  The colors were also altered, likely because whoever transcoded it used a lower number of colors in the palette.

I'm glad the judge saw through that smoke screen, and he may revisit the prosecution's failure to turn over the real video to the defense by placing the prosecution team under oath and getting them on the record.

The software the prosecution said the lab techs used to enhance the enlarged photo from a video still frame is called Amped Five.

This is from the 3rd page of the Amped Five product manual:

Quote
Maintaining the original evidence integrity is a key element in the design of Amped Five. In the law
enforcement arena, courts, judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys can sense the weakness of evidence
and exclude it if there is even a hint that any manipulation that has been done. The current judicial trend for
admission of digital evidence shows that undocumented or modified files have a strong chance of being
excluded; as do many files that have been worked on with photo editing software without full documentation
of steps and validation of the process. If this is the key evidence in a case, the case is likely to be lost.
https://www.cfi.co.th/uploads/1/0/6/0/10606523/amped-five-2012-en.pdf

The modified photo created by Amped was the prosecutions key piece of evidence against Rittenhouse in the first count of charges involving Joseph Rosenbaum.  The photo purportedly showed Kyle pointing his gun in the direction of Joshua Ziminski and others, which "provoked" Rosenbaum to chase him.  It's impossible to see that in the video, so the photo was key to proving the state's theory of events.

From now own, every defendant needs to make sure their team includes a tech geek.  The consequences of missing something simple contained in digital evidence could make or break a case.

His defense team did a mock trial with him testifying and not. Results were he had to take the stand.

In case people were wondering why he took the stand.
