Anybody that has read my comments know I despise Hawaii's various governments,
Federal, state, and local.

A government is NOT a jobs program, it is a necessary evil,
providing a frame work, for us to peacefully co-exist.

Governments are FULL of AOC's, Karens, and Professional Lefts.  That

She left out:  public sector employees are paid through taxes, which are reduced if the private sector lays off a "disproportionate" number of employees -- regardless of gender and skin color.

If the tax revenue is diminished, where will the money to keep paying public sector employees come from?  Which tax-funded programs will be scraped to pay these employees?

Why are gender and skin color even a consideration when deciding who deserves to work?  Should it not be based on the needs of the people they service?

Too many believe that businesses exist primarily to create jobs for workers.  That belief apparently applies to government now.

According to Nancy "My Ice Cream Costs More Than Your Rent" Pelosi, being on welfare helps the economy. There is  a serious truth and/or intelligence deficiency with certain people.
