Trump Receives Two (Yes, TWO!) Nobel Peace Prize Nominations in One Week (Read 2867 times)

The Atlantic is again getting attention this week over their call to end the Nobel Peace Prize.  Why?  Because President Trump was nominated for a second time this week for the award.

No matter what Trump does, for the TDS sufferers among us, it's always "Orange Man Bad!"

They called for doing away with the Electoral College for the same reason.  it was fine when Obama was elected twice, but Trump had the audacity to defeat Hillary.  "DESTROY THE 250 YEAR OLD ELECTORAL SYSTEM!"

Norway nominated him for his part in bringing the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to peace talks with Israel.  The UAE has agreed to recognize the state of Israel, potentially opening the door for more Arab countries to follow.  In fact, Bahrain is reportedly agreeing to do the same this week.  This may be the foundation for a more peaceful Middle East -- something other presidents have talked about but never came close to.  Even the Messiah who claimed he was in the best position to broker peace in the region because of his Muslim upbringing (you know who) set the Middle East on fire by taking out the leaders of Libya and Egypt and ushering in the so-called "Arab Spring".  And then there's Syria, which Obama was wrong on time and again (Which number "Red Line" are we on?).

Too bad Obama was awarded his Nobel Prize after less than a year in office.  If the committee had seen the droning and total cluster f--ks he caused in the Middle East, I doubt they would have still supported their premature decision.

Sweden again nominated Trump for his part in brokering economic cooperation between Kosovo and Serbia.

The MSM was mostly quiet after the first nomination, but it appears they couldn't ignore the story a second time.

He was nominated for that one already, but didn't get selected by the committee.  Go figure.

And I'm SHOCKED that the MSM didn't make a bigger deal of the nomination.

Shocked, I tell you!

The same Norwegian who nominated Trump for the UAE-Israeli talks also nominated him in 2019.

Tybring-Gjedde, with party colleague Per-Willy Amundsen, nominated Trump for the 2019 Peace Prize for his talks with North Korea.

BTW, the MSM keeps pushing how the Norwegian nominating Trump is "Far Right".

If we held our breath waiting for someone on the Left to nominate him, even if Trump found a way to get Iran to invite Israel to their company picnic, we'd never breathe again.

They are desperate to keep the low-info types from hearing about it.

Yep.  Any news that makes Trump look good up until the general election will be downplayed, assuming it's reported at all.

This is history in the making.  I never thought we'd ever see Israel and Arab countries agreeing to work toward peace.

Too bad half the US is too deranged to celebrate something they believed Obama was going to do.  Hell, he even got a Nobel Prize for accomplishing nothing.

So, college students think Trump is NOT deserving of a Nobel Peace Prize, but Obama definitely was.

But then, they had to explain "Why?"   :wtf:   :shake:

lost me at "like" and "honestly".
So when they are speaking to other people without the "honestly" clause they are lying?

To be more accurate, this was the third nomination for a Nobel Peace Prize for Trump in less than a month!!

He was nominated by Japan in 2019 for his work with North Korea.

After four nominations for four different achievements, the committee would look very biased if they fail to select him for the award.
