Bloomberg and his various support groups have been raising money, up to $16M reportedly, to literally pay so that felons there can vote in November.

The law says that anything of value (paying fines, restitutions, etc. on behalf of a convict who is required to pay in order to vote)  to directly or indirectly motivate a person to vote is a felony in FL.  Bloomberg is also spending $100M in FL to help campaign for Biden/against Trump in that state.

The FL attorney general is likely starting the investigation this week.  I'd love it if the charges keep Bloomberg from campaigning in FL or funding it there.   :rofl:

Hmmm, I think a prosecution  for this would have a hard time proving this one. I think he might be treading in the gray area where he could make plausible defense arguments that may be hard to disprove.

With the amount of money he has, I wouldn't be surprised if he already checked with the lawyers to make sure he could do this.
