Mr. and Mrs. Trump have taken tests, and they will self-quarantine as they await the results.

Considering it's been reported that as many as 70%-90% of positive COVID-19 tests are actually closer to negative (aka false-positives), both are probably fine.

I noticed Jill Biden was the only one of the two couples to wear a mask at the debate. 

I also noticed she and Milania were together when going between the stage and the audience seats.

News said the First Couple have tested positive.  The President is expected to continue his duties while in quarantine.

This is bad for Trump as he will miss future debates which give Biden a chance to screw up.  Trump screwed up the last debate losing a little ground.  It's a close race and he needs to gain a few points.

I hope Pence locks himself in a room alone.  If Trump and Pence are taken out, it's Pelosi next in line.  Might mess up the SCOTUS confirmation too if we lose one more senator.

So far, only Pelosi and minimal fake news is talking negative about it. The main fake news isn't really saying much besides facts, like he is positive and so is FLOTUS.  Like on my news feeds, not much bad talk about Trump and CV.  Normally the fake news would be printing stories as of last night on the typical stuff like Pelosi is saying.  They are not biting.  Neither is Biden and other wack job DNC senators like Waters, Ohmar, AOC, etc... Yet anyways.  PRetty much it's only TDS'ers that are talking negative about it.  Of which would not vote for Trump anyways.  This actually might push those on the fence about Biden or Trump to Trumps side seeing how TDS'ers are reacting.  That's why the media is not doing their normal fake news story. The media knows this and doesn't want to push those votes toward Trump.

Imagine if Trump didn't catch CV, but Biden caught it first.  Biden's crew would use it to their advantage and play the sympathy card hard.  I'm sure he probably wouldn't even have it, but they would make like he does to get votes.

Trumps have the best medicine and care possible. Probably even got some cool stuff we don't even know about.  What ever he and FLOTUS use, will be said and if its HCQ, which he already admitted to be taking, it will further his statement about it.  Of which many fake news denies works and the NV governor  banned it's usage unless at a medical center, until recently.

Trump is master at 4D chess, and already has SOP's ready to go in case he were to catch CV and needed to run the country from isolation. 

The only thing that can harm this country is if he dies from it.  He is in the age range that has a higher chance of dying, and his weight isn't the best . He's not fat, but he aint skinny either.

Trump actually gained 0.5% or more in his favorability polling after the debate, which was the predicted bump many expected.

He also gained 3% points in the Presidential race standings.

This comment sounds more like an assumption, or maybe your personal assessment of Trump.  The stats say otherwise.

He didn't gain 10 points, but he in no way lost ground.

Dan Bergonio had a good vid about the debate.  Basially he had friends tell him that trump tanked.  So he asked them if they're still going to vote for Trump and the response was yes.  So he said, then Trump didn't tank.

He also mentioned those with TDS are going to vote Biden no matter what anyways. So the debate was mainly to get those who are unknown side to vote for Trump.  And to increase those who do support him to get out and vote, instead of supporting, but not voting at all.

I guess HIPAA laws don't apply when your president...
