A bunch of "farmers" bought the parcel and sub divided them into 13 separate "condos". They have no plan. They've been dumping junk, put in some goats and been pumping unknown chemicals into tanks. The parcel was supposed to be a golf course but C&C failed to develop it. The RK community thinks the farmers are trying to illegal build homes in the ag land like they did up in the farmlands of Kunia. Residents of RK think there are levels of corruption involved at the State and City level. Complaints about illegal structures, chemical pumping, livestock and porta johns next to perimeter homes go unanswered. Ty Cullen doing jack Sh1t. I heard he doesn't live in Waipahu - his parents do and he is just using the district as a stepping stone for his political career.
Bottom line, this illegal development by farmers are hurting property values around RK.  Some residents are also likely being targeted with property crimes as retaliation for speaking out about the issues.

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
