Props to Kenji Price. A pretty significant drug bust went down, meaning that demand from the shaky open-sore covered people you see wandering around naked and talking to themselves is about to go up. I am considering taking the extra precaution of not leaving the house in the evening for a little while.

Last night I seen a crackhead walking in the middle of the road at 2am.
Probably wondering where his buddies went.

The ba2 in HI is watered down.  You don't really see the younger ones with the open sores/tweeking/scratching as much.  Compared to Vegas, get people in their early 20's all over the place doing those things.

Even the long time users, not as much.

But weird, only in HI do I see the crackhead/Mahu walk.
