Funny went down to HPD for my Appointment, and they were empty! I was the only one there and there were 4 HPD personnel working. 
Makes me think they could do a lot more registrations considering they have so much staff for 1 appointment.  2 people should be more then enough to process applications.
Covid-19 has limited the amount of people that can go there. But they haven’t adjusted their staffing accordingly. 
They really need to open other stations for gun registrations considering that in today’s age of Technology there is no reason it should be done only at one location. Records are not kept in file cabinets anymore.

Same with me. 1st time had 1 guy before me, but I was early.  2nd time no one but me.

Drive by registration.   Worked for covid tests should work for this.
