I don't know what videos he watched, but I subscribe to the "motorcycle gang" dump and drive method.

There was a woman with her kid in an SUV or small cross-over.  I think this was in MD, but not sure.  There was a large gaggle of motorcycle riders surrounding her as she drove.  Not a biker gang -- just a bunch of crotch rocket riders out for a group ride.

When they came to a light, the group started showing off with wheelies and other stunts as they waited on the light.  But, after the light changed, the group was still blocking traffic.  So, the woman honked her horn.

The group started moving, but then one bike in particular started harassing the woman.  Driving in front, brake checking her, getting on her rear bumper .... anything he could think of to piss her off.  At the next light, she stopped, and the group tried circling her again, and the harasser got OFF his bike and started yelling at her through the closed windows.  She hit the gas and ran over a few bikes, and I think she hit the harasser, though he was not too badly injured.

That really escalated things.  The woman was now being pursued by 100 bikes as she tried to speed away.  She called 911 on her phone to report the incident, and then drove to the nearest highway patrol station -- bikers in tow.

Nothing ever happened to her. As long you can say you feared for your life/safety, trying to flee and go to a law enforcement office is a reasonable response.  Having a piece of glass between you and a bunch of bike riders hitting your vehicle with helmets is not a valid argument for sitting still and hoping they go away.

wasn;t that event in NY involving a crotch rocket ride and a black SUV? The driver was a dad and his wife and child were in the back seat. The bikers braked checked him at a stop light. He ran over one of them, they then chased him, broke through his windows, beat him and attempted to do the same with the mother and child.
I see the same herd biker mentality here as well. Block traffic, do stunts. Run red lights, block intersections.

Yes, a few years ago.  And 1 of those involved was a undercover federal agent.

Once those people got arrested and charged in Federal court, a lot of that slowed.  Trump's DOJ deputized the state police in WA and bypassed the "let 'em all go" Liberal DAs and mayors in Seattle and Portland.

If when Trump wins, and morons wig out again, and resort yo burning their cities again, I am guessing that Trump will federally deputize EVERY PD in the nation and start handing out felony charges on shit starters. It will be nice to see all of these clowns lose their rights to vote or own a firearm again in their lifetime.

The time of lawless Dems needs to be stopped cold once and for all.

A friend that lives in Los Angeles just posted on FB that pallets of bricks are starting to show up around the businesses near his home. I hope this is not a sign of what is to come...

Sounds more like more space is being added to the buildings.   :geekdanc:

Those pallets of bricks can be made "safe".  Get some ready mix concrete (the fast setting type is best).

Mix it up per instructions and when no one is looking, pour the mixture over the pallet of bricks.

Voila!  A 1000 lb. solid brick that no one can pick up and throw.

Or for faster results rent a cement truck and it can drive to each pallet of bricks and dump the concrete faster.

It's going to be horrible in Hawaii when Trump wins.  There will be riots and chaos in the streets.  Stay inside and barricade the doors.  Like a hurricane blowing through the state.

Ya' know there will likely be no such silliness here as a result of the election, but...
I went to the range today and dusted the cobwebs off some gear that hadn't been used in a while. Just because
It all still  works as intended and is in easy reach. ;)

Nothing going happen where I live in a remote area of Puna.  Too few to bother with and the few all have guns and are highly territorial.
Same can be said for Hamakua district.

Mrs. CMO will be in Portland that weekend.  Even her work is telling them to be safe and if a place is dangerous or danger is coming, to just leave. No need finish up the job.

OR does not share reciprocity with NV.  So she cannot CCW there and isn't allowed to OC for work.  And I'm not a fan of leaving a firearm in a car for hours.

We've watched vids of what to do if she ends up in the crowd while driving or assholes blocking a driveway.
Has she tried for an AZ CCW?

Calm. Always usually vigilant. Think most things work.

Think I'll have to start shooting more revolver.  Have ammo that I had been "neglecting".   ;D
