got introd to a video by Lucas Botkin demonstrating how an airsoft shooter from Japan can adapt very quickly to a real firearm and excel. Interesting stories on Lucas.
Before I'd watch the Magpul vids once in a while.
Lots of LARPs - its entertaining.
Who do you watch?
Used to watch The Yankee Marshall until he started flipping out over what I thought were minor issues. Been so long, I couldn't tell you which issues. He became too repetitive to be worth watching IMO.
I still watch Hickcok45 on occasion, but not as faithfully as I used to. Once I caught up on all the old videos that interested me, I guess he just didn't post enough content to keep me interested. His library should be archived as one of the most information firearm channels ever. Each video was like a class on the featured firearm. I mostly watched his, and others', videos for guns I was potentially in the market for. Since I've been happy with my current selections, that motivation went away.
I also watched several where the content was about minor gunsmithing. Replacing sights, triggers, firing pins, and doing upgrades like on the Ruger 22/45 for disabling the magazine safety feature.
I learned a lot from YouTube on building my first AR-15.
Too many channels to list. Only subscribed to a few, and they've fallen away over the years.
