Biden is president, now everything comes down to congress. Republicans need to keep the senate red.

No he's not. He's not even the "president-elect". I know this will come as a shock to readers, but you don't know shit.

Alright, you are correct, until next year he is not president.  Unless something major happens he is president-elect.  Not sure where you get your facts from but all major news called the race for him.

Who determines the next President?  Is it the media?

State have released counts, the "media" which include non media organizations take that and project.  Some states have flat out said who won.  All this is added together and someone is president-elect.  Then after a while all states complete votes and audits and the president-elect is decided 100%.

Same thing happens to every single president.  They called trump president-elect before all formalities have been completed.

What?  They were angry and everything just like republicans are now but they accepted it and Trump became president.   Unless I am mistaken and we have Hilary as president now.  I thought in 2016 the democrats should accept defeat in president and all the stupid not my president stuff was dumb,  and I think republicans in 2020 should accept it also and focus on 2024.

You are one ignorant motherfucker. But we all already know that. It's just shooting fish in a barrel, which I agree, isn't very "sporting", but it is what it is.

No one is president-elect until the electoral college electors vote. They don't vote until after each state certifies it's vote totals. It doesn't matter what the various Democrat operative media ("all major news") proclaim, or any Democrat claims, or any RINO claims, or what morons like you claim.

Numerous lawsuits are being filed re various aspects of the vote process and tabulation processes. Those legal actions may or may not result in "something major". No one knows, or can know, what the outcome of those legal actions will be.

Those facts come from reality, something with which you are obviously not at all familiar with.
