Didn't need to they have logs, cameras etc. Qualified people. Passed an audit and I trust the process.
Cameras are not part of any state's chain of custody evidence.
There are forms required to be completed and attached to every box of ballots.
AZ already cited pallets of ballot boxes missing boxes that were on the manifests, boxes that were present and not on the manifests, boxes listed on one pallet manifest but packed on another, etc.
Basically, they can't count boxes of ballots with any accuracy, so how can we trust them to count the ballots they contain?
The documentation attached to the ballot boxes are the OFFICIAL custody records. If they were not properly and accurately updated and managed, then chain of custody was broken. There's no way to remedy something like that after the fact, no matter how many cameras you BELIEVE exist.
