I was hoping they had their own website where they would post if they will be open or closed for each weekend. 

The city website isn’t always up to date.  It currently shows Silhouette is still closed all week and trap is only open on Sundays (Currently open Sat and Sun)

I would be bummed if I was one of the groups I saw waiting there one weekend and no one showed up.

I couldn't figure out what silly side was.  By reply #2 I think I figured it out.

At first I thought it was referencing either side of the 4th floor of our Capitol building.  ;)
