300+ rounds total? If so, what approx break down for rifle and pistol?

I'm still trying to make it out Saturday. Looks about 50/50 right now.
if i had to say it would be 100 rifle and 200 pistol or 200 rilfle 200 pistol  on the plus side. Well thats what im bringing at least

That sounds managable.  I really want to go.  With SRGC running less and less these days, I have been lacking good trigger time.

Were you the one that was interested in holsters for battle belts?  If end up being able to make it this Saturday, I can bring both my HSGI SGPB and USGG setups.  Also, if anyone needs a holster and or mag pouches for a Glock 17, I have lots of extras.  However, if I am able to make it, I will likely have to leave in the middle of the afternoon session.

We will have the tables out on the berm side of the range.

I'd be expecting 200+ rifle 100 or so pistol.   I never shoot everything I bring, but I'm planning on about 300 / 200.   If you are coming in the afternoon, then yeah 3-4 boxes of pistol would be good for you.

Of course, you can shoot freaking 2,000 rounds if you want =p it's all up to you.

Cool cool :)  Some classes it's totally not about the amount fired at all but learning the commands and motions and drills and stuff.  Since new to HDF I want it all from step 1 - works for you and me!  :)

I would like to try out the slidefire later lol

do you have a setup with a glock17 for a battle belt? if yes, would you be able to let me borrow please?  i'm planning to run a battle belt this saturday just dont have my holster yet.

Just as a reminder, morning time should be for the intermediate level shooters +   You should have and understand how to safely  draw and engage from the holster; 3-5 magazines is preferred, magazine holder is required, pants, belt, closed toe shoes, eye and ear protection, water.  I generally say you would be good with 300+ rounds.

Great!  Thanks for the 411.  Are drop leg holsters ok? Happy to watch and learn.

i wont be able to help in the morning but i can help cleaning up after. i work till 1230 but will ask my boss to leave around 11ish.

and if anyone would help a fellow shooter out and lend me a g17 holster that would be much appreciated. if no can thats all good. i wouldn't mind just running my rifle if thats okay with the trainer.

What's this deal about pants....real operators live fire in slippers and ranger panties.

In either case, I'm feeling very tom cruise-ish, so I'm wearing my flight suit over my tactical mankini.
thank you i for one greatly appreciate the covering of your ranger panties or mankini .... i mean I would be ok cause i  am mentally focused  but for the others their focus might suffer  to inquire as to where to obtain such tactical garments in the middle of training.... so thanks in advance

Thanks for the list.  I'm gonna have to attend one of these events sometime.  Just that right now, there's too many regular weekend activities conflicting.

Nothing distracts the enemy more during a firefight than a bright green mankini.
