I think they did it incorrectly and should fix it much like how you said.  They should either introduce a temporary law to give them the rights or figure out a legal method to proceed.   The supreme court case was lost,  I wonder the implications.  Anyone can make up a religion and avoid lockdown measures.  Or maybe muslim extremists can use this new found power for something.  Who knows, I have to wait and see.  If times of war, if there was gas and material restrictions would people get out of it saying they need to travel to worship?  Where does it end? 

Freedom is main constitutional right but where are the lines drawn for how your freedom hurts others freedom and the country.  I am still a strong believer in freedom unless it limits others freedom. Do I think going to churches and spreading a deadly diseases to the public overweighs the persons right to worship?  Not sure.  I am leaning to no, because you can still worship whatever you want at your home.  A person has no right to infect another person with a deadly disease.  Also a nations health is a nations strength, so this can definitely fall under war powers.

So about those 260,000 deaths... turns out there is no anomaly for total deaths in America (which would show a large spike if Covid were as dangerous as the hype). There is also an overall decrease in deaths for other diseases categories, which means they are simply shifting normal deaths to the Covid category. They are totally cooking the books.

Just saw a study that says the number of elderly who died "from COVID-19" is no higher than the expected mortality rate for that population.

So, you need to SUBTRACT the number of elderly from the total COVID-19 DEATHS number.  They would have died from old age and disease without the virus.

Presidents don't create laws.  Neither do individual members of Congress.  Doesn't matter who introduces a bill.  The entire Congress passed it overwhelmingly in a bipartisan landslide.  It's one of the few things the two sides of the aisle agreed on.

You are technically correct that Republicans themselves didn't pass it on their own, democrats voted for it as well, but you are missing the point he is trying to make, that republicans voted for it. I’m sorry I don’t have a medical degree, I don’t spend a whole lot of time on the web and I don’t really know if the masks and washing my hands really work but some guy that is smarter than me and specializes in that stuff recommends it and doctors/nurses do it.

Even if it turns out that masks and washing my hands was for nothing, it wasn’t a big deal to me.   I wash my hands everytime I use the restroom, washing a few more times is relatively minor.

Dr. Fauci was not elected President.  Donald J. Trump is our president.  Trump sent 2 hospital ships to add bed space to the hardest hit areas -- one for NY, and one for CA.  NY used ZERO of the beds on on the USNS Comfort.  Los Angeles, CA, was served by USNS Mercy.  There was also a field hospital set up in NY.
