There were a couple of cases if I understand correctly that either directly or loosely addressed the issue of the proclamations past the 60 days and they upheld. I believe it was someone fighting a charge for violating one of the terms of the proclamation. I can see if I can find the article.

I read the CDC report that was linked in the piece you linked. It says that as of Dec 18 there were 6 cases of anaphylactic shock. That's not 2.8%.
