They can catch and spread covid.  But the chances of getting covid are less than a non vaccinated person.  So they are less of risk to spread because they have a less chance to be able to spread.  Without infection one can't spread covid.

Your first hint they plan to run this scam for another 10-20 yrs.

5) Move Jews from their homes into certain parts of towns (no compensation for property like home or cars or other items.Only took what they can carry).
