Does anyone know when the ability to declare proclamations was added into law?

You mean Presidential proclamations?  Or Executive Orders?

Or something else?

The problem governments are trying to solve is the existence of your freedom.

Vaccination has now become a conversation up there with Politics and Religion.
Lines drawn. No convincing anyone on the other side at this point. One way or the other.
When you go to parties or get togethers don’t talk about politics, religion or vaccination.

Unless you're all on the same page. I got friends who by coincidence happy to hang out regularly and all are anti covid vaxx.

I guess that’s the same with politics or religion. If you’re all on the same page.

Until 1 person brings in their new bf/gf and ruins it for the group.

It's funny cause 1 of the girls in this group was super OCD about bacteria type stuff. Always had clorox wipes on her and wiped down all the gym equipment precovid. Now she doesn't care and wipes nothing down before usage.  Super weird.

Yup if you associate with the echo chamber you live a "blissful" life.  I tend not to bring up politics unless its brought up.  Then I'll say what I think.

Hes gonna say that the statement was vague and in his mind implies either side.

When everyone else here knows what he means.

New omni-tact, try and use possible outs so when shown hes wrong, he can argue the other side.

are1
/är,ər/
verb
second person singular present and first, second, third person plural present of be.

I am clearly talking about the present.  If wasn't I would say were.
