If you are a news agency, and you aren't on social media, then you aren't part of the "news".

Since Social Media pays content creators based on user interactions, the business model for "news" has become more about outrageous headlines than ever before.  Anything to grab people's attention and lure them in.

This is part of what we have come to know as Fake News.  Not only are we being misled into believing the things news agencies want us to click qualify as news, we are missing the real news they refuse to report on.  Fake News also includes reports that involve zero effort to verify or investigate.  They grab an article off the news wire services, slap an extreme headline on it, maybe include a judgmental editorial comment or two, and run with it -- just like our little parrot on here does with his Google "research".

If this continues to be the state of our press, this country is doomed.

That's why I stated, he's either incompetent or here to argue.  Maybe that works on other forums, but here we recognize what he's trying to do.  And unsuccessfully by the way.  I wouldn't be surprised if he copies and paste post from here to other forums he visits. Because I have noticed that some replies are not the way he normally articulates his answers.  As in he asked for help and someone there gave him a response to use.  But said response was still wrong. So refer to by previous post about us showing both him and his help were wrong.  Double whammy.
