As a woodworker, I only wear a mask when necessary.  I use dust collection to keep the dust out of the air in the first place.  Anything still in the air is not a problem, as I work on a covered lanai.

The amount of time I use a dust mask is minimal -- usually for a few minutes as needed.  Plus, if I feel I need  to, I can take a short break away from the work area and REMOVE the mask.

If I'm working a job that requires my presence 8-10 hours a day, and there's no place to take a break without being around other people, that means I'm wearing a "COVID" mask for hours at a time.

People who worked in a mask pre-covid could take the mask off in areas in which they didn't need it EVEN IF there are other people in the area -- as opposed to COVID where PEOPLE are the reason to mask up.

You really are ignorant -- or just an argumentative Troll who doesn't mind lying to push a false point.

It was just an example.  There are many jobs out there that require masks for long periods of times....and they not all injured.

Any of those jobs based on your real world experience?

I thought not.

I've worn a mask in a textile mill for 9 hours/day, 5 days/week.  I took 10-15 minute breaks in break rooms that had air conditioning that kept the air contaminants out with filters and positive air pressure.  Depending on the night, I could take off my mask about 10-20 minutes every hour -- longer if my job was slow that night.  As long as the people depending on my materials had what they needed, the time spent actually on the production floor varied.  Lunch was 1 hour, and I usually ate in the break room or outdoors where the air and noise were normal.

My hearing and respiratory protective gear were regulated by OSHA.  They dictated the gear's standards and use.  I don't see any guidelines from OSHA providing safety standards for COVID masks.  I wonder why?

Why could you not pick a more accurate and truthful example?

Here let's all bookmark this and start a betting pool on how many days til he starts chicken little-ing about this is the 'really dangerous one'.

NIAID director Anthony Fauci said at a press briefing that the coronavirus variant Mu does not pose an immediate threat to the U.S.

He added that Mu's presence in the U.S. is "not at all even close to being dominant."

He hasn't said he has or hasn't had the vaccine, yet he promoted anti vaxx things.  Also he isn't old.  If he had the vaxx then good.  I won't laugh at his death.  If he hasn't then I would.   Fairly simple.

He said the name specific version associated with the horse one.

way to move the goalpost, bruh...
