In my opinion I read is as, those who jobs expose them to the virus.  EXAMPLES include healthcare works but not exclusive. 
I go into a hospital, if oil can catch it unknown or via a BBQ.  What do you think my risk is?  What about a job that makes you interact with hundreds of people.  Is that risk?  The public?

Where are the current rules for something that isn't out yet?  I will wait till the government puts them out.  To see if I qualify.   From the description currently out I would.

Okay I was wrong in that sense then.  Let me make myself clear.  Under (assumed) future rules and using the (current) description.  I will be eligible for the 3rd dose.  I however am not psychic and will wait for the government to clarify.
