Wait, I thought this was all about the science?

Not like an "I told u so" is needed.  If the virus care is truely about keeping others healthy, then people flying into HI would be tested regardless of vaxx status and the 10 day mandatory quarantine would also be in effect. Since they' already done both in 2020. It's about rewarding people to get the vaxx.
