Actually had vienna 2x this week already. Had a craving.  And added in potagee sausage and eggs.

How long does it take to do this lead cleaning?  Do they hire private contractors or do they do it themselves?  If they ask for volunteers I'm willing to help, lol!

It would be private contractors.  The city would never take the responsibility of having volunteers do a lead cleanup, which is hazmat and requires safety equipment.

Though I've heard of people mining lead from the berms before.

They call OF (Old fart) and he mines all the heads for recasting and puts ‘em back in the berm from 25 yards away.

Recycle, reuse...

Pistol normally means the target range.  Furthest range from the entrance next to the rifle target range.

This is the gun range equivalent of a lockdown.  Couldn't force it closed under the pandemic as "essential", so now it's Lead Safety.

Lead reclamation and restoring the backstop, could be done within 5 days.  Though I'm not sure if they're able to get heavy equipment onto the range or if they'd be able to use a backhoe behind the range.  Would really suck if it was all manual labor.
