In its first court victory, a Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden's win and set an example for other state challenges.

According to Trump officials, the judge set a Dec. 3 hearing date and is allowing 15 depositions. What’s more, the campaign plans to present its evidence that could result in the rejection of tens of thousands of mail-in ballots in Democratic Clark County where Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in unofficial results.

“BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing. Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned,” White House chief of staff Mark Meadows tweeted.

I hope this, and the rejection of the certification of the PA results is the beginning of what I have been hoping will happen. And that is some of these actual election tampering cases are starting to get some traction. Especially if they can win one or two of the first of these cases. This should pave the way for the courts or the House to decide the election instead of the Democrats.

It appears the PA elections officials were bullied and rush into certifying the election results ahead of a scheduled hearing that resulted in the judge issuing the stay to delay certification.

State Rep. Mike Kelly is suing over the apparent attempt to achieve certification before anyone could block it.

State Rep. Mike Kelly, a Republican, is responsible for the lawsuit that sought the injunction,
which was prompted by the certification of the results on Tuesday. “It appears that respondents’
actions may have been accelerated in response to the application for emergency relief … in
an effort to preclude any remedial action by this court faster than this court was able to evaluate
the application for emergency relief and the answers to it,” the plaintiffs wrote in their emergency
request to halt the certification.

It would be similar to shredding evidence the day before a search warrant was planned to be executed.

PA Judge Rules Election UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! This could give the election to Trump!

My comment about this case has to do with the judges making this unanimous ruling, including very disparaging remarks about the Trump campaign legal team lawsuit. One of the federal district court judges was appointed by Trump and confirmed by the (Republican majority) U.S. Senate. The other two were appointed by the RINO himself G.W. Bush. What's wrong with this picture? It highlights that Trump has gotten a lot of really bad advice, bad in the sense that if you expected judges who would be "textualists" and/or "originalists" you (we) got screwed. I'd like to know who tells Trump, "Yeah, trust these people giving you advice on the appointments". We got Christopher Wray at the FBI, and dozens of other what appear to be Never-Trumpers throughout the administration. WTF?! One horrible example is that Trump nominated, and the Senate confirmed, "Republican" Hawaii AG Mark Bennett to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, at the time by far the furthest left-leading circuit court. Both Hirono and Schatz (two of the most left wing senators in the whole senate) glowingly approved of that appointment. Need I say anything else? Stabbed in the back. Disgusting. Someone like Flynn or Nunes or Gaetz needs to be given the task of cleaning house, because if there is a second term, we need to get the right people into ALL the positions of power, both within the administration and the courts... no more swamp monsters. smh.

U.S. Third Circuit Court rejects Trump appeal over Pennsylvania

President Donald Trump’s legal team lost in court Friday as a federal appeals court in Philadelphia roundly rejected its latest effort to challenge the state’s election results. Trump’s lawyers vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court.

“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote for the three-judge panel.
