Every 10 minutes refresh the hpd website and move hella fast to get an appointment. Thats what i did. And i literally met the maximum (# of guns to register) for my permits so i dont have a problem trying to get another appointment.

Fwiw, i know what ya mean. People dont show up. I went an hour early and got it done an hour early. And i was the only 1 there. There should be penalties for not showing up.

Im down to give my addy (which we already do) and last 4 digits of my ssn. Or better yet, an email pic of my drivers license via a follow up email with an investogator to confirm an appointment. I mean we already have to give our i.d. when we go so whats the diffrence, right? And if i dont show up ill pay a 35 dollar fine. Like a parking ticket. Then i guarantee slots will open the next 3 months. I bet there are people who has no intent on getting a firearm and just making it harder for the people who want.
