Joe Biden has not even been certified as the winner of the 2020 election yet, but is already reportedly crafting new measures for gun control.

And it should come as no surprise that he is not even planning legislation to send to America’s representatives but rather is planning to take steps through executive action.

As usual, Democrats just can’t wait to take rights away from law abiding citizens.

Joe Biden plans to move quickly against guns, adding the issue to his list of first executive orders, according to his top policy aide.

Stef Feldman, the national policy director of Biden’s presidential campaign, included the Democrat’s gun plan in a list of initial executive actions set to be unleashed after Inauguration Day.

Speaking in a Zoom briefing hosted by Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service, she said that Biden is planning to “make big, bold changes through executive action, not just on policing and climate like we talked about previously, but in healthcare and education on gun violence, on a range of issues.”

She added that “there’s really a lot you can do through guidance and executive action.”

It is expected that Biden will use executive orders, especially if the Democrats don’t win both Georgia special Senate elections.

Biden is even being pressured by the left to create a cabinet position dedicated to gun control.

I was trying to figure out how that asshat is going to confiscate guns.  Like in Hawaii our asshat leaders already has the hammer on us because we have to register our firearms so they have data as to who has what.

What about other states where there is no database as to who has firearms?  How are they going to figure out who has firearms?

Is he going to executive order a mandate that all citizens turn in their weapons regardless if registered or not?  And these citizens will suffer severe penalties (imprisonment, death sentence, concentration camps.... ) if they do not comply?

I think all citizens should demand that joe bidet and his communist gov't guarantee that the citizens will be 100% protected since they will not be able to protect themselves.  If any citizen suffers death or serious injury they have the right to sue the government for a minimum of 1 billion dollars.

Because the only ones with guns will be the gov't and the criminals.  Actually the way I see it if it comes down to this they are one and the same.

So, the good news is, you have to get rid of a banned item/firearm (turn in (i.e. mandatory buy-back), destroy, give/sell to someone out of state, go fishing in an old boat...), and do without until another president enters office in 4-8 years, then HOPE that president is not pro gun control AND HOPE that that new president repeals the executive order?

And if that "next president" lets the executive order stand, maybe the next one in 8 years will take action.  Or the next one.  Or the next one ......

He can't do any of that.  He can tell agencies to interpret the law a little differently.  Aka bumpstock is a machine-gun.  Increase background checks etc.  Ban gun imports from other countries.  But he can't just take everyone's guns without a law passed.  I have a feeling with democrats fucking stuff up with spending and debt the next president will be a republican.  I could be wrong.  But that still doesn't mean they can make laws without full control.
