On January 6th, the Senate will review and count the electoral votes.

On that date, there can be objections raised.  If the President of the Senate (VP Pence) decides the objections should be given a hearing, the Senate and House leaders respectively will hold sessions to discuss.  If they so decide, the objections may be sustained, and the counting of any particularly disputed state or states elections could be denied. 

Alternatively, if a state's electors for both parties submitted votes (double electors), Congress can decide which slate to accept.  This happened in the Nixon-Kennedy election.  Originally, Nixon won Hawaii's statewide election, but on a recount from the Kennedy campaign, Hawaii went to Kennedy even though the original certification from Hawaii named Nixon.  This was the only "flipped" state out of almost a dozen very close and contested state election results.

If no candidate gets the required 270 votes, the election then goes to Congress Members to decide.

The courts have washed their hands of even pretending to look at the facts of the state's corrupt elections.  It's now in the hands of Congress to make the call.

I’m not a betting man. Even if I know I’m right. I don’t waste my money on such things as making bets and sending money for firearms to strangers and then not care that I got ripped off. And I certainly am not going to respond to the troll. His trolling is obvious and amateurish. It amazes me that he thinks he knows what’s in the constitution. How many times now have you posted this so he can understand how a president is elected and confirmed? Two? Three? You would think after a while he would get the hint but obviously he doesn’t have the intelligence to figure it out. I did him a favor and saved him from more embarrassment. 

I don't have to pay you, we can legally agree to donate to a charity or something.   Not trying to make money, just prove a point.  While Flapp and inspector you are correct theoretically in unicorn land its possible.  With the senate leader today admitting Biden is president elect its virtually zero.  Low enough I am comfortable to put my money on the line. 

I am not arguing the process.  I know how it works.  I am arguing the destination is basically set.  The train is in route to the destination.  To say its theoretically possible it might derail and start to travel to a new location while possible, its beyond unlikely.
