Yes, as long as the shipper follows all the required laws regarding overseas HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) transportation.

Midway will not ship ammo to Hawaii. The ammo would have to be shipped to a freight forwarder on the West Coast for the boat ride to Hawaii. Not worth it unless you order several hundred pounds of ammo.

Kaleo Arms? seems like the best bet. Pre order with them, they put together a shipment and get it here. They are members of this forum.
Or reload, but even then powder and primers are an issue.
Freight forwarder?  "Ship to Hawaii.com" is a co-op that does exactly that, bundle shipments from America. A local outfit by the way.
Costs $20 a year to belong I think, and I believe they do Hazmat. Check'em out

That's a negative for "Ship to Hawaii" unless they changed their minds since this summer. Hopefully we will eventually have some stability in the ammo market and Kaleo can start rolling again. That is of course if the Harris administration doesn't ban mail order ammo.
