ATF unable to enforce laws on AR15's and others?

Saw this posted on another site.  Brings up interesting questions on the future of firearms and regulation.

Long story short, even if you win in court, it will cost you lots of $$$ to fight any charges.  Plus also maybe your job because it would be a federal indictment.  So the thought that they cannot enforce it is not good enough. 

You will still be arrested, have to post bail, have all your firearms confiscated, find an attorney.  Then go thru the court system.  Then if you're found not guilty, you will have to go thru the process of getting all your firearms back. Who knows if you will get all your ammo back as well since the court system can take years.  HPD might just "dump" the ammo.

Article is a good summarization of the issue at hand.
