Didn't you used to be able to buy the Magpul F and R sites in pairs for a few bucks less than the combined prices of individual pieces?

Seems like my first set was purchased as a pair.  After that, only sold separately.

Best place to buy the mbus sets was palmetto state armory about 1 year ago. They were like $49 for a front and rear set.

Im buying PRS lite when it comes out might cancel my UBR.  Sounds perfect for my 6.5 build.

I remember that! I thought I was dreaming. Now I see them for about $75 or more.

TBH, I've only used my irons once in 4 years.  It was during a skill builder and my red dot battery died.  I have a Romeo5 and it doesn't tell you low batt or the dot was lighter than normal.  Good practice to switch to back ups to finish the exercise.  Then changed battery when my turn was complete.

I also learned to shoot with the dot off and no front/rear sights.  Just look thru the glass and guesstimate.  This was on purpose in another skill builder.
