 Actually a really good study so people know what to look for. 5th generation warfare is a mofo for those who have no idea it exists

That one is worth the time to watch.  Takes you on a ride that, although you think you know where it's going, might surprise you at the end.

The gaslighting part becomes obvious once the pertinent parts of the movie play out.  It's often easier to gaslight someone who's vulnerable and troubled, because they can't always trust their own perceptions and memories.
