The mention of guns in his initial executive actions is already sparking concern in the industry, which is readying an aggressive lobbying campaign. “I’m going to be pretty busy,” said one top gun lobbyist.

Rumor is they will instead make a Federal circuit just below the Supreme Court which will stop cases from ever getting to it. Thus basically nullifying your 1-1000 chance of getting the Justices to even hear your chance for remedy vs. the federal government.

Yep.  If they can create a "buffer" of Liberal judges between the lower court of appeals and the Supreme Court, it prevents SCOTUS from doing what they do for another who knows how long.

Is there a problem with the current system nobody ever told us about -- ever?  Seems we've been okay with it and without major complaints (other than activist judges) for a century or more.

They already know if they pack the Supreme Court, the next time the GOP is in charge, they'll get rid of the judges beyond the 9.  So this is an attempt to sidestep that "problem." 

The only reason Dems ever call for changing the rules is if they can't gain an advantage under the existing rules.

Yeah we are heading straight into ChiCom Utopia. How long til Team Biden tries to pass a bill to start Social Credit Scores? I cant wait til they use campaign contributions public info to start blackballing people, especially from government jobs.
