Firearms BILLS-117hr127ih

Here we have it. They are going after EVERYONE who has a gun or ammunition. They are deeply concerned about a revolution and they want to know every person who has a gun or ammunition. The object of this bill will be to identify every person who has a gun. They will be able to revoke a license and confiscate the gun under rules to be created by the Attorney General. Biden swore he would end the NRA. He was not joking. Like a diverse license, once they create this federal license, they effectively limit the Second Amendment claiming if you obey all their regulations which they can change at any time, then you have that right. But all such rights are eliminated whenever they say so.

922(dd)(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess ammunition that is 0.50 caliber or greater.

Whoever knowingly violates section
922(dd)(1) shall be fined not less than $50,000 and not
more than $100,000, imprisoned not less than 10 years
and not more than 20 years, or both

‘‘(B) Whoever knowingly violates section 922(dd)(2)
shall be fined not less than $10,000 and not more than
$25,000, imprisoned not less than 1 year and not more
than 5 years, or both.’’

Yup, plus it seems everything related to these licenses are going to be very expensive. And you will need multiple licenses and training courses depending on the kinds of guns you own or want to own.

People will start breaking other gun laws because at that point it will be easier to be a criminal then to obey the law ,just like registration if you don’t have internet access then you out! If you don’t do exactly has they say then you won’t get a appointment!
Oh ignorant youth, the world is not a joyous place. The time has come for you to dispense with the frivolous pleasures of childhood and get down to honest toil until you are sixty-five. Then and only then can you relax and collect your social security and live happily until the time of your death!

Huge underground based on free thought, gun ownership black market would most likely be formed if the 2nd is threatened.  Marxists are restricting expression and communication which will lead to civil war imo.  China +1, Russia +1, America -1.  They are painting conservatives into a corner, dehumanizing much as Hitler did the Jews.  Except we have over 250 million firearms.

I totally agree with the scenario you shared, except for one detail.

Those responsible are not a bunch of Marxists, as they do not believe in the nationalization of all businesses nor the restriction of private property ownership.  Case-in-point, was our favorite legislative gun grabber himself, Karl Rhoads, a secret member that attended underground meetings, with the real Communist weirdos that used to run Revolution Books in Moiliili?

It's true they are not ALL Marxists.  But that doesn't mean the same tactics and strategies for implementing Socialism aren't being used to stoke the fires of discontent for the implementation of Progressive Democrat rule.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

I believe that bookstore closed in 2016.

I had the opportunity to talk to some of those people years ago.  Many were just Manifesto parrots, but the more intelligent ones could really debate and articulate their points very well.

Actually, I am saddened to know that bookstore closed not because I agree with their social-economic end game, but their presence alone would clearly show what true Marxism and Communist supporters are versus those narratively labeled as communists, who fight against oligopolistic tyranny, by the ultrawealthy elite that really control the US empire.

Conceptually, I agree with your interpretation.

However, from looking at the situation from a more macro imperial lens, the ultrawealthy elite are the real ones behind the scenes fermenting/supporting pro-socialist discontent purposely to divert the conservative population into wasting time and energy, with those useful idiot pawns, instead of gunning for the real players, on the American chessboard, who, out of fear, just recently imperially decreed American patriots are now domestic terrorists.

Because loads of people are getting killed with .50 cal guns, such an obvious problem.

Wouldn't this technically ban shotguns since a 1 ounce slug is over .50 caliber?

Plus they are so short sighted, someone would just come out with a .499 caliber that would still be just as powerful.
