"Study claims?"

Is "claims" a synonym for "proves?"

I think that would be neutral language wouldn't it? Just like a news report that says police allege suspect robbed bank.

Really?

I CLAIMED you're an extraterrestrial.

I PROVED you're an extraterrestrial.

Those are "neutral?"

Instead of analogies, you should focus on the actual context presented.  The "police allege" example is so far off base.  That's legalese to avoid the appearance of judging people guilty before their day in court.

Claim would be a neutral word choice, yes.

Nope.  You can't pick one word out of the sentence.  Claiming someone is an extraterrestrial isn't neutral.  it's a positive statement.

Neutral would be, "I think he's an extraterrestrial, but I'm not sure."  Not making a claim either way.

You picked the wrong person to lecture on English vocabulary and composition.

You completely missed my point.

Claim is a neutral word in the sense that it doesn't bias the reader the way loaded words do.

I guess I picked the right person to lecture ;)

A legend in your own mind.

The Trump defense team destroyed all the edited and mis-interpreted "evidence" of the 3 day House managers' presentation in about 3 hours.

Try sitting through their presentation.  Hopefully you can focus that long before your ADD kicks in.

It's easier than me trying to spoon feed you facts over fake news.

For example, the House managers had to RETRACT one of their big pieces of evidence because the person they quoted stood up and said, "That never happened."

Crap.  Wrong thread.  Risk of having 2 tabs open to 2 threads.

Anyway, what you said was BS.  Not here to give you a vocabulary lesson.  You can read that for yourself.
