I have a carry permit in 38 states but Hawaii isn't one. Haha, go figure.

I love shooting. I've been shooting for 35+ years and shoot handguns, rifles, shotguns, etc...

You'll find me almost every weekend somewhere at Kokohead. If I'm not shooting trap, I'm shooting silhouettes or just punching paper.

We are all gun owners and carriers here.  It seems we have no legal chance for now of carrying in Hawaii but we will be 3 more votes for carry rights.  I look forward to meeting and shooting with some of my new neighbors when I arrive for sure though.

We are all gun owners and carriers here.  It seems we have no legal chance for now of carrying in Hawaii but we will be 3 more votes for carry rights.  I look forward to meeting and shooting with some of my new neighbors when I arrive for sure though.

Hi Jason and welcome. Just out of curiosity, what prompted you and your friends to want to make a go of farming in Hawaii?

Cheaper than Florida? Cheaper than Puerto Rico? I don't want to bust your dreams, but this place is hella expensive, hella anti-business, a tax hell, and farmable land aint easy to come buy on the big island. Most of the affordable land is covered in sharp jagged rocks and cinders and is a hazard to even walk over. Don't want to see another starry-eyed pilgrim come over just to get burned and end up on welfare.

What's up 2ahawaii, newbie here. Been shooting for a whopping 6 months, been to Koko Head twice and Magnum once lol. I love it! Definately caught the shooting bug. Proud owner of a Glock 23 and hopefully a Saiga 12 soon lol.
