Greetings.  John from North Carolina.  Been to your beautiful state on my honeymoon. Lived in California then. Other than mountains of North Carolina, prettiest place I've visited. Your forum is very much appreciated. It's important to share information. Keeps people informed, and maybe armed. Based on news I hear, you guys need all the 2a support possible. I am retired military, living in Mililani Mauka, originally from New York City ( aka where if you believe in 2A you are worse than terrorists apparently)
Ive made a couple of trades and sales on this forum, all good experiences, met some really cool people doing so.

Was just looking to see if anyone was nearby who likes to shoot. trying to make new friends and what not.

I live over in Makakilo/Kapolei area. I am originally from SoCal and my wife is originally from Rochester. I have been to upstate NY but never the city. Someday I hope to visit the city to see what it is all about.

Best places to meet people are forum gtg (get togethers) and hdf range days and Hra/life funshoots
We have gtg every 6-8 weeks or so
Hdf range days are the last Saturday of the month (see club subforum)
Hra/life funshoots are the last Sunday of the month (see Hra and life- lessons in firearms education- websites or Kaneohe gun store website)

Another way to meet members is to monitor or post the "i am going to the range today" thread.
Inspector is usually shooting on Sunday morning.
I help people get started in basic firearms or reloading at my house in Waipahu.
