Looks like I am moving to Oahu in the next few months. Been shooting for 20 years with a focus on sport shooting and NFA firearms. I will have to find a place for my machine guns, sbr's and suppressors somewhere on the mainland . All that paperwork experience will pay off with all the hoops y'all have to do for even basic ownership. Excited to find good places to shoot and happy to see that there is sports shooting scene even with the restrictive laws.

Hello all.  I’m in the Navy and have been stationed here for 2 years, really enjoy the islands.  I have a few handguns that have all been legally registered for Hawai’i.  I’m curious what the best way to sell one would be though.  The shop I use isn’t doing consignments any more and they recommended this site to me.  Looks like a lot of good info here!

There are other shops that do consignments.  Or you can go to the classifieds here and post what you want to sell.

Welcome!  I can help out, especially if you never shot a gun before.  I'm with the Hawaii Firearms Coalition who protects gun rights in Hawaii.  I've taken a few college groups to the range to shoot and also gave classes.  Looking for people to be active in spreading awareness on campus.

It is the "Gettysburg" event to commemorate the largest battle of the Civil War during July 1863.
You are invited to learn about and try black powder firearms of that period.
There is no cost, but donations to help with expenses are welcomed.

Am aware that my guns get physically registered at the Honolulu police station, and there's a 10 round magazine restriction.

If you shoot bullseye, I look forward to seeing you at the matches.

Mag restriction applies only to handgun magazines. If you have an AR pistol, either leave where it is or change the barrel to 16"

If you have the want, get involved with Hawaii Firearms Coalition  HIFICO.org They are great people and have done much to help the 2A community in Hawaii

The Chinese Gun Club does NRA and CMP bullseye matches or practice once a month.  No website but they are listed on the CMP

Sup guys I've been lurking for quite some time and just recently registered. I've noticed that people dont really post as often as before and i hope its not a trend.
 I am a gun guy and want to protect our 2nd amendment "especially!" But, i believe our constitution as a whole should be kept FIRMLY in place. I'll leave that at that as to avoid going in to political views , etc.......but yeah!
